CPCCOHS1001A: Work safely in the construction industry

Man practices first aid in a Senior First Aid Course

This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to
undertake Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) induction
training within the construction industry.
It requires the ability to demonstrate personal awareness
of WHS legislative requirements, and the basic principles
of risk management and prevention of injury and illness in
the construction industry

Course details

Course Format: ONLINE DELIVERY ONLY

Proof of Identity: You must be able to provide 100 points of ID. Failure to
do so will result in certification not being issued.

Qualification issued: Students who successfully complete this nationally recognised
training will be awarded the statement of attainment for:
Work safely in the construction industry CPCCOHS1001A

If completed in NSW you will be issued WA card
If completed in ACT you will be issued WA card
If completed in VIC you will be issued WA card
If completed in TAS you will be issued WA card
If completed in SA you will be issued WA card
If completed in WA you will be issued WA card
If completed in QLD you will be issued QLD card

 

Further study: CPCC10107 Certificate I in Construction.

Certification: A4 display certificate plus a wallet card

Pre-requisites: Over 14 years old

Standards: The course structure and assessment materials are developed in consultation with Industry to ensure the course outcomes meet industry expectations. Industry means the bodies that have a stake in the training, assessment and client services provided by RTOs.
